If you'd like to invite me to speak, please contact me. You are welcome to invite me to give one talk. I often do that. But if you're at a university, hospital, or similar institution, please do consider asking me to do more while I'm at your institution. (Take a look at sample itineraries.)

Please also consider seeking joint sponsorships of my visit to your institution. Having several departments invested in the visit means better funding and greater participation in the dialogue. If you're in a city that includes another relevant institution, consider collaborating with them to have me visit your institution one day and theirs the next.

I apologize in advance that I am not able to accept every invitation I receive, because I typically receive about 40 invitations a year. I accept the invitations that work with my schedule, that pay well (so I can fund my projects), and that allow me to do the most good.
