Alice Domurat Dreger

Yes, these are long, but they are long because I believe that classes run most smoothly and students react most positively when they know exactly what to expect from day to day. (I like to think there’s a reason I’ve won 9 teaching awards, including 7 by student vote, 1 all-college, and 1 all-university.) Honestly, I think that syllabi like these signal respect for students, and call students to a high expectation which (in my experience) they then tend to meet.
